Shibr is a Saudi PropTech platform enabling fractional ownership in off-plan, income-generating real estate projects. The platform provides a secure, transparent, and Sharia-compliant digital investment experience for individuals.

The Problem

Real estate investment is traditionally capital-intensive and lacks accessibility, transparency, and seamless digital workflows. The challenge was to deliver a mobile experience that simplifies fractional ownership while ensuring trust, compliance, and real-time visibility into investments.

My Role

Mobile Developer — built and maintained the mobile application, focusing on performance, secure user flows, and seamless investment experience.
